fEaRLeSs cHiCkEn with sTrAwBeRrY-oRaNgE sAuCe ala PrEtTy :-)


chicken thigh or breast fillet
(sliced thinly/marinated in salt, pepper,
and 2tbsp. calamansi extract)
flour
scrambled egg
breadcrumbs
(like the ones sold in
orange packaging for tempura)
salt/ground pepper
oil for frying
Dredge chicken strips in flour.
dip in egg. dredge in bread crumbs.
Deep fry.
for the sauce/dip:
2tbsp. strawberry jam
about a tbsp of orange zest/juice
pinch of salt

mix lang.
