Rice Vermicelli with Lobster Balls and Peppers
oil
butter
bell pepper
lobster balls
salt and ground pepper
chicken stock
simmer
add vermicelli (presoaked in water)
simmer
plate it!
serve it!
(you may want it soupy or not so soupy)
