fresh water seaweeds and frontyard-grown tomatoes drizzled with bagoong halubaybay and sukang Basi (Also known as Sukang-Iloko, Basi is a kind of vinegar fermented from sugar cane wine that has turned sour-- "freshlysour" and better than apple cider vinegar.)
